Magnificent new photos of Knockroe passage tomb
One of Kilkenny’s most important archaeological monuments is the Neolithic passage-tomb at Knockroe. INSTAR awards postponed again!
The Heritage Council have not yet received notification from the Department of the Environment, Heritage and Local Government about whether or not the INSTAR programme will continue into 2009. Presumably the final outcome depends on today’s emergency budget.
